How do you price projects?
After a short discovery phase we quote a fixed price for a defined scope. Changes are priced transparently before work begins — you will never see surprise hours on an invoice.
Can you work with our existing systems and team?
Yes. Most engagements integrate with existing software — accounting, CRM, practice management, ERP — and we regularly work alongside in-house IT and development teams.
How quickly can we see something working?
You see progress weekly from the first sprint, with a staging environment you can open at any time. A first working demo is typically live within two weeks of kickoff.
What happens after launch?
Every project can include an SLA-backed support plan: monitoring, updates, security patches and a response-time commitment. You choose the level — or hand the system to your own team with full documentation.
