Information we collect
Google sign in provides the account identifier, email address, display name and profile image associated with the selected Google account. oSyntax requests only the standard OpenID, email and profile permissions.
The client portal can store business contact details, project information, tasks, updates and support conversations. Information sent by email or website chat includes the content and contact details you choose to provide.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate users, confirm portal access, deliver projects and respond to support or sales requests. We also use limited technical information to protect the website and investigate misuse.
We do not sell personal information or Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising.
Google account data
oSyntax does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Contacts or other Google Workspace content. Google account data is used only for sign in, account identity and access control.
Service providers
Supabase provides authentication and database services. Cloudflare serves and protects the website. Google provides authentication and hosted fonts. When website chat is available, OpenAI can process recent message content to create a response with API response storage disabled.
Telnyx carries calls to OpenAI when you call our AI assistant. We save caller and assistant transcripts from the oSyntax main line for quality review, along with the caller number, call timing and ending reason. Authorized oSyntax owners and administrators can review these records in the private portal. We do not record call audio. The phone service also retains call control metadata to manage the connection.
These providers process information only for the services they provide to oSyntax and under their own privacy terms.
Storage and security
The portal keeps its authentication session in the browser. Portal access is limited through authenticated organization membership and database security policies. Responses containing portal information are marked not to be cached.
We keep account and project records while they are needed to provide the service, maintain security or meet legal obligations.
Your choices
You can request access, correction or deletion of your information by emailing contact@osyntax.com. We may verify the request before acting on it. Information required for security, billing or legal records may be retained where applicable.

Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised update date.
